Update: Mike is currently awaiting a date for surgery following his heart attack several weeks ago but, whilst needing to stick to a strict drug regime and diet, is in good spirits and doing well all things considered. He and Theresa remain in our thoughts.

Also, we have received a note from Theresa Muston (Mike’s wife), who wrote the following:
